ACCOUNT USAGE

Each player may only register one user account. Multiple accounts may lead to termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. The Casino reserves the right to decline refunds if duplicate accounts are detected.

Players must not share access or allow third parties to use their accounts, including minors. Any misuse may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Offensive usernames or promotional content in profiles are prohibited. The Casino may change such nicknames without warning. Repeated violations will lead to account termination.

We may contact you via phone or email for verification (KYC). Failure to respond within 2 weeks may result in account closure and withholding of funds.

ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

We enforce a strict anti-fraud policy. Suspicious activity includes, but is not limited to:

• Collusion with other players
• Using unfair strategies or systems to gain advantage
• Chargebacks or payment reversals
• Providing false registration information
• Low-risk roulette strategies (e.g., betting on red and black simultaneously)
• Multiple account abuse or identity manipulation

We reserve the right to close any account and void winnings obtained through fraudulent means. Offenders may be reported to authorities and regulatory bodies.

If fraud is suspected, the Casino may require a video call or additional verification. Non-compliance within 14 days will result in forfeiture of funds.

DEPOSITS

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the player’s name. Using third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is 20 EUR (or the equivalent in other supported currencies). Maximum limits depend on the payment provider.

Crypto deposits are not subject to fixed deposit limits. If you require deposit restrictions, use fiat payment options instead.

WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawals are processed via the original deposit method when possible. If not, players must choose from the approved alternatives listed on the Website.

Our goal is to process withdrawals within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Delays may occur due to KYC requirements or third-party verification.

There may be specific terms applied to large withdrawals, depending on payment method and verification requirements.
